Iāve got a birthday coming up next week, and Christmas is four weeks later. This time of year is always filled with gifts, so I thought Iād give you some insight into whatās on my personal birthday and Christmas list.
Iāve got ātravel-relatedā and ālifestyle/otherā categories as well, but Iām mostly just including health-related gifts in this newsletter. I threw in a few extras that are at least health-adjacent.

Hopefully some of these gift ideas inspire you, either for yourself or for gifts to a loved one. Itās the season of giving, so hopefully you can both give and receive some gifts that will improve your/their health. Let me know if you end up buying any of these suggestions!
