Move to Improveā€™s 2023 Holiday Gift Guide šŸŽ

Iā€™ve got a birthday coming up next week, and Christmas is four weeks later. This time of year is always filled with gifts, so I thought Iā€™d give you some insight into whatā€™s on my personal birthday and Christmas list.

  • Iā€™ve got ā€œtravel-relatedā€ and ā€œlifestyle/otherā€ categories as well, but Iā€™m mostly just including health-related gifts in this newsletter. I threw in a few extras that are at least health-adjacent.

  • Reply to this email if youā€™d like ideas from the other categories, and Iā€™ll send them over!

Hopefully some of these gift ideas inspire you, either for yourself or for gifts to a loved one. Itā€™s the season of giving, so hopefully you can both give and receive some gifts that will improve your/their health. Let me know if you end up buying any of these suggestions! (There are some great Black Friday deals on many of these products!)

Non-disclaimer Disclaimer: None of these suggestions are partners, nor are any of these affiliate links. Maybe someday! (If you work for any of these companies or know someone who does, hit me up šŸ‘€)

Without further ado, hereā€™s my 2023 Holiday Gift Guide!

āœ… Take Action

Every newsletter's Take Action section will invite you to take small steps to improve your health. Recognizing that we all have different capabilities, I'll offer three different levels of action you can choose to take.

Level 1: Buy a gift or two from this guide for someone.

Level 2: Put an item or two from this list on your own list so youā€™re not so hard to shop for!

Level 3: Send me your own health-related gift recommendations for this year!

This newsletter is brought to you byā€¦ me!

Interested in becoming a sponsor? Know someone else who might be? Iā€™d love to get to know you and/or your business and see how we can partner together. Reply to this email!
