Surprise! Class is cancelled!

I forgot last week that this week I would be at a work conference and have no time to write.

So instead of reading this newsletter, use the 5—10 minutes it would’ve taken to do one or more of the following:

  • Go for a walk outside

  • Stretch the tight areas of your body

  • Call a loved one

  • Lie down and meditate

  • Write down five things you’re grateful for

I hope these are a great use of your time. Thank you for being a loyal reader. I’ll be back in your inbox next week with a full article!

✅ Take Action

Every newsletter's Take Action section will invite you to take small steps to improve your health. Recognizing that we all have different capabilities, I'll offer three different levels of action you can choose to take.

Level 1: Do one of the above actions.

Level 2: Get 8+ hours of sleep tonight.

Level 3: Reply to this email with future topics you’d like me to cover!

This newsletter is brought to you by… me!

Interested in becoming a sponsor? Know someone else who might be? I’d love to get to know you and/or your business and see how we can partner together. Reply to this email!

✍️ Drew's Picks:

  • None this week! Stay tuned for several great ones next week, though. 👀

Have a lovely day! ☀️

Keep moving,

Drew
